How to Request Account Deletion:

If you wish to delete your account and personal data from our platform, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the Following Details in Your Email:

    • Full Name

    • Registered Email Address (used for your account)

    • Reason for Account Deletion (optional)

  3. Verification Process
    For security purposes, we may require additional verification to confirm your identity before proceeding with the deletion.

  4. Processing Time
    Once verified, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

 

Important Notes:
  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • All personal data associated with your account will be erased, except where retention is required by law.

  • If you have any active services or subscriptions, ensure they are cancelled before requesting deletion.
